David Gallaway, Psy.D. is a Senior Vice President with experience in operations at Beacon Services of Connecticut. Prior to this, David held the position of Senior Director at Aspire Living & Learning, and Clinical Program Director at The Institute of Professional Practice, Inc. David holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford Graduate Institute of Professional Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
