Ethan Paquette has a diverse work experience. Ethan started their career at Beacon Building Products as an Outside Sales Rep. in 2013, where they were responsible for selling building materials and equipment. Ethan then took on the role of District Sales Director at the same company in 2019, where they focused on outside sales and marketing. In 2013, they also worked as a Business Development Manager at Tecta America Corp, where they emphasized the importance of quality, loyalty, and reliability in building relationships with clients. Prior to their career in sales, Ethan was a Professional Baseball Player for the Seattle Mariners, where they demonstrated leadership skills and a focus on building relationships with teammates and coaches. Ethan also had a short stint as a member of the International Facility Managers Association, focusing on personal and professional development in the facility management community.

Ethan Paquette obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended the University of Vermont from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Exercise Physiology.
