Paweł Elert's work experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Beacon Platform starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director from January 2019 to September 2022. Paweł'searlier experience includes working as a Solution Architect at EY from January 2007 to December 2018.

Paweł Elert has a diverse education background. Paweł obtained their M.A. in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw, graduating in 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their M.A. in Economics from the same university, completing their studies in 2008. As a visiting student, they also spent a brief period in 2005 studying Economics at the University of Sussex.

In addition to their academic degrees, Paweł Elert has obtained several certifications. In 2006, they completed the Advanced Course on Grid Technologies. In 2008, they obtained the Sas Data Mining Certificate Program. Continuing their professional development, Paweł acquired the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert certification in 2009. Furthermore, they achieved the Financial Risk Manager designation in 2010. Recently, in 2013, they obtained the PRINCE2 Professional certification.
