Lillian Harman is a skilled professional with experience in various roles, currently serving as a Data Analyst and Executive Assistant at Beacon of Hope Crisis Center since March 2021. In this position, Lillian manages the daily needs of key leadership figures and oversees the organization’s financial data. Previously, Lillian worked as an Activities Assistant at CarDon & Associates from July 2020 to March 2021, where responsibilities included organizing activities for residents in a memory care unit and providing individualized support to improve cognitive skills. Lillian has also held positions at Hollister Co. as a Brand Representative, and at Red Lobster and Scoops Homemade Ice Cream as a Hostess/Server and Waitress, respectively.
