Deqa Essa is an accomplished finance and administration professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director at Awood Center since July 2024, Deqa also holds the position of CFO/Vice President of Administration at Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative, a role commenced in May 2022.
