Jill House is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Beacon Hill since September 2024. Previously, Jill served as a Senior Agile Coach and Manager (Agile Practice Lead) at First Command Financial Services, Inc. from November 2012 to August 2024, where responsibilities included coaching teams on the SAFe business agility framework and facilitating SAFe courses. Jill's extensive career also includes roles as a Scrum Master and Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager at Benefit Mall, Product Owner/Business Solutions Analyst at Think Finance, and Special Projects Analyst Manager at AmTrust North America, among others. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education & Science from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) through IIBA, obtained in 2014-2015.
