Alexander Neilson has over 8 years of professional work experience in the field of Chemical Engineering. In 2011, they began their career as a Process Engineer at Tomago Aluminium. In 2012, they joined the University of Newcastle as a Chemical Engineer. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Queensland Alumina Limited in various roles including Specialist - Operations Controller, Shift Process Engineer, and Operations Process Engineer. In 2019, they joined Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services UK as a Process Engineer. In 2020, they started working at Revolut as a Business Process Engineer and at Beacon as a Senior Program Manager, Senior Process Design Manager, and Process Design Manager.

Alexander Neilson completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Hons in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Chemistry from the University of Newcastle between 2009 and 2013.
