Aoife Larissa Mulville currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Beacon CRM since April 2023, following a role as a Customer Support Specialist. Prior to this, Aoife held the position of Customer Service Team Lead at Chip from March 2020 to December 2022, where management of a team of up to eight full-time members was a key responsibility. Aoife's earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Executive at Unite Students from September 2017 to July 2019, and serving as a Student Ambassador, facilitating event management and acting as a liaison between students and the company. Aoife completed the AgilePM DSDM Foundation and Practitioners course in February 2022 as part of professional development. In terms of education, Aoife holds a Master's degree in International Studies and Diplomacy and a Bachelor's degree in Korean from SOAS University of London, complemented by an Erasmus program at Korea University in Korean Language and Literature, and earlier education at Lycée International des Pontonniers.
