Rob Jardeleza is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Beacon Behavioral Partners since April 2024, Jardeleza previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Aligned Cardiovascular Partners and Partners First Cardiology. Prior to these roles, Jardeleza was President at BPL Plasma and Chief Operating Officer at National Cardiovascular Partners, LP. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Surgical Care Affiliates and Vice President of Operations at Panda Restaurant Group.
