Randy Ruder, CCM, CCE, MBA, has extensive experience in club management, serving as the General Manager of Beach Point Club from 1999 to the present, having progressed through various roles at the same organization since 1993. Ruder began as a summer intern at two different clubs before becoming an Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included purchasing and inventory control. As Clubhouse Manager, a position held from 1997 to 1998, Ruder supervised the food and beverage operations, developed upscale programs, and enforced rules and training protocols. Ruder holds a Master of Business Administration from La Salle University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
