Marta Romo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. As the Managing Partner and CEO of BeUp since January 2010, and the founder and CEO of Neuroclick since December 2013, Marta Romo focuses on brain training using dynamic Neurofeedback technology to enhance cognitive efficiency. Prior experiences include partnership at InnoPersonas, where Marta Romo contributed to innovation in human resource management, and founding LealCan Adiestramiento, managing administration and web services for the organization. Additional roles include management at eurotalent, mystery shopping at Clientes Incógnito, and pedagogical work at EOI and Asociación Juntos para Jugar. Marta Romo holds a Post Degree in Human Resources from CEU and a degree in Pedagogy from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, alongside training in Neuropsicoeducación.
