Sean Keegan began their career in 2000 as a Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline. In 2009, they moved to Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Scientist for two years. In 2016, they joined KSQ Therapeutics, Inc. as a Principal Scientist and held this role until 2021, when they transitioned to Be Biopharma as a Principal Scientist.

Sean Keegan attended Villanova University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
