Ross Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2002, they worked for Stryker as a Sales Representative and Manager, where they demonstrated expertise in expanding the Computer Assisted Surgery market. Ross later became a Navigation Business Development Manager, achieving exceptional sales results in the Southeast Region. After Stryker, Ross worked as a District Sales Manager for AFLAC, managing a team and generating significant annual premiums. Ross then joined Salient Surgical Technologies/Medtronic Advanced Energy as an Account Manager, focusing on introducing new technology and improving patient outcomes in hospitals. In 2013, Ross became a Compounding Consultant at Bellevue Pharmacy, promoting pain management solutions to physicians across various specialties. Ross later moved to GENETWORx/Pinnacle Health, where they served as a Sales Manager and Director of Sales Training, successfully growing the business and training a team of representatives. At GENETWORx, they held various roles, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Business Development, contributing to substantial sales growth and overseeing the expansion of laboratory diagnostics and medical programs. Most recently, Ross worked as the Chief Operating Officer at CDR LABS before joining BDSC Company as the Vice President of Sales in November 2022.

Ross Mitchell attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs.
