Nicol Carstens has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent position is as a Lead Software Engineer at BDR Thermea Group, a role they have held since July 2021. Before that, Nicol worked as a Senior Electronic Engineer at Lely, where they were responsible for the system engineering and analysis of Functional Safety Systems for autonomous feeding robots.
