Jeanette James has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the RI President at BDPA since 2002 and holding various significant positions at Bank of America since November 1984, including Vice President and Technology Manager for System Engineering, Senior Vice President for Enterprise Decommission, and Vice President and Team Manager for System Engineering. Jeanette's educational background includes a Doctorate in Information Technology from Capella University, a Master’s in Public Health from Walden University, and a Bachelor’s in Systems along with a Master’s in Education from Johnson & Wales University.
