Vitaliy Strukov serves as the Managing Partner for BDO Corporate Finance at BDO Ukraine LLC since February 2017, leveraging extensive experience in M&A, investment, and strategic consulting. Prior to this role, Vitaliy held positions as a Member of the Supervisory Board at PJSC "MEGABANK" and as a Managing Director and founder at VS Capital, where expertise in debt raising was developed. Additionally, Vitaliy contributed as a non-executive director on the Board of Directors at Milkiland and as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Concorde Capital, where Vitaliy successfully built the investment banking practice and completed over 70 deals amounting to more than 2 billion USD.
