Giray Ugurlu has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and business development, currently serving in an M&A role at BDO Türkiye since October 2023. Prior experience includes a position at Sistem Global Consulting, where Giray focused on sell-side and buy-side M&A activities, company valuations, and investor coordination. Previous roles span diverse organizations including TOROS TARIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. in strategy and investor relations, and internships at Citi, Akbank, Allianz Türkiye, and Boğaziçi Ventures, where skills in financial analysis, market research, and investment management were developed. Giray holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bilkent University, alongside international exposure from Nova School of Business and Economics.
