Irina Rotaru is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various industries, including consultancy, IT software and development, manufacturing, fashion retail, and construction. Currently serving as the Payroll Manager for BDO Romania since September 2023, Irina's previous roles include HR Manager at REI Development Services, HR Plant Manager at Dunapack Packaging - Prinzhorn Group, and Regional Human Resources Coordinator at Koton. Prior positions also encompass Human Resources Manager at Grupo Azvi and Human Resources Director at Genesis International SA. Irina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and two additional Master's degrees in Economics from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București, along with a Bachelor's degree in economics and informatics.
