Andrew Dhavachelvan Francis is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager in Risk Advisory Service at BDO in Sri Lanka & Maldives since November 2022. Previously, Andrew held the position of Audit Executive at EY from September 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included planning and conducting audits of financial statements and internal controls. Before that, Andrew worked as a Clerk/Internal Auditor at Kelani Valley Plantations PLC from May 2012 to July 2017, focusing on financial management and regulatory compliance within the plantation sector. Andrew completed G.C.E. Advanced Level in Business/Commerce at St. John Boscos College in Hatton, Sri Lanka, from 1992 to 2005 and is currently pursuing a qualification with the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.
