Maureen Mugisa Busingye is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at BDO in East Africa since November 2021, Maureen also holds the position of Human Resources Specialist at ECLOF Uganda and co-founded Mentors Hub International, providing PR, Communication, Marketing, and HR consultancy services. In academia, Maureen has been a university lecturer at Makerere University and Uganda Christian University Mukono since 2012 and 2014, respectively. Previously, Maureen worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Raising The Village and held managerial roles at Top Finance Bank from April 2014 to December 2018. Maureen Mugisa Busingye possesses an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Coventry University, completed in 2011.
