Kamil Vanis, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic corporate development, financial management, and operational transformation. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Strategy and Performance Improvement Advisory at BDO Czech Republic since September 2021, Kamil focuses on M&A, organizational change, and team performance management. Previously, Kamil held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at ZVVZ GROUP, overseeing financial and economic management across the holding companies. Kamil's background includes roles such as Director of Business Development at VZU Plzen, Manager at BDO Czech Republic, and Business Developer at the Inter IKEA Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Chapman University and a Master’s degree from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
