Frantisek Hrncir, FCCA, CIA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at BDO Czech Republic since August 2021. Prior to this role, Frantisek held positions as CFO/COO at BiOOO.cz from January 2020 to August 2021 and served as Executive Director at Komerční banka from May 2007 to December 2019, focusing on managerial accounting, real estate management, and internal audit functions. Frantisek's extensive experience includes leadership positions in accounting and internal audit at Ahold Central Europe and Vodafone, as well as audit management at Ernst & Young, where expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation were developed. Educational qualifications include FCCA and CIA certifications, alongside a Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
