Mara Flanagan is an experienced news writer currently employed at Bustle since October 2015, specializing in content for Romper. In addition to this role, Mara has been a freelance social media strategist since June 2015, collaborating with individuals and organizations in the arts and higher education to enhance social media engagement through data-driven strategies. With a strong background in advising chapters for Mara's Campus, Mara supported multiple university chapters, including those at Brandeis University and Yale University, while also founding Mara's Campus Chatham during a previous tenure.
