Jennylyn Layson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Client Services Coordinator at BDA, LLC since May 2017, Jennylyn has developed expertise in coordinating client interactions and enhancing service delivery. Prior to this role, Jennylyn held various positions at Emerson Automation Solutions from February 2012 to November 2016, including Team Lead and Technical Support Engineer, showcasing a strong background in technical problem-solving and team management.
