Andrew Skinner is a seasoned attorney specializing in personal injury and consumer protection at Skinner Law Firm since 2003. In addition to legal practice, Andrew serves as a Director on the Board of Directors at BCT - Bank of Charles Town and holds the position of Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, where responsibilities include instructing the Command and General Staff Officer Course. As the Creator and Coordinator of Leadership Jefferson, Andrew fosters community development through a year-long leadership training program. Andrew has also served on the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Development Authority and was the President of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, promoting local economic development. Previous legal experience includes working as an Associate Lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and military service as an Armor and Transportation Officer in both the U.S. Army and Texas Army National Guard. Andrew holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a BA in Economics from William & Mary.
