Iris Francheska Lorenzo has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Iris Francheska started their career in 2014 as a Cloud Security Engineer cum Customer Service Executive at Trend Micro Philippines, where they attended to customer technical issues and performed remote servicing. In 2015, they worked as an Associate Software Engineer-Tester SAP SD Consultant at Accenture, where they were involved in the creation of SAP SD documentation and the testing of ERP and CRM systems. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Functional Test Engineer at Seven Global Services Pvt. Ltd., contributing to testing efforts. Iris Francheska then joined Manulife MBPS in 2018 as a Software Test Analyst, where they played a role in testing software applications until 2021. More recently, Iris worked as a Test Engineering Senior Analyst at Accenture from July to October 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Manual Software QA at BCS Technology International Pty Ltd, starting in November 2021.

Iris Francheska Lorenzo received their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of the East, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In September 2019, they obtained the ISTQB certification.
