Katie Russo has extensive experience in account management and operational leadership, currently serving as Key Account Manager at BCS Financial Corporation since November 2018, following a role as Account Manager. Prior to this, Russo worked at MetLife for over 14 years, excelling as a Senior Account Manager and managing key business accounts in the Mid/Large market, particularly in Life, Dental, and Disability Products. Notable achievements include implementing benefits for a high-profile law firm in New York City. Earlier experience includes serving as Front Office Manager at Weil Foot and Ankle Institute, where strategic and operational leadership was provided to a multi-million dollar medical institute. Russo began their career in the insurance sector as an Underwriting Service Representative at First Penn Pacific Life Insurance Company and completed a summer internship with the Kane County Cougars Baseball team. Russo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Eastern Illinois University.
