Andrew Cirillo is a Senior Associate Civil Engineer at BCRA since November 2013. Andrew has experience overseeing design teams for various projects including sites, roadways, pedestrian facilities, storm and utility systems, and ADA/PROWAG retrofits. Prior to this, Andrew worked as an Associate Civil Engineer at Bethel Engineering. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
