Thomas Graham has extensive experience in the engineering sector, particularly in the nuclear and energy industries. Currently serving as a Staff Augmentation specialist at BCP Engineers & Consultants since July 2019, Thomas previously held roles including Work Week Manager at NextEra Energy Resources, where responsibilities included developing risk-based schedules for maintenance operations. At X-Energy, Thomas contributed as a Systems Engineer and Subject Matter Expert focusing on advanced nuclear technologies. Thomas also served as Engineering Manager for Babcock & Wilcox's mPower Operations Integration, overseeing design development for small modular reactors. Prior positions include Chief Engineer at AREVA NP and Engineering Process Architect at both Granite Services International and General Electric. Thomas's career began as a Senior Systems Engineer at Entergy and as a Nuclear Shift Supervisor at PSE&G. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
