David Cisterna Azua has extensive experience in learning methodologies and training management. Currently serving in the Control de Gestion role at BCN Global since March 2019, David leads the development of new adult learning strategies, focusing on successful knowledge transfer models and impact measurement of training programs. Previously, as a training coordinator and learning manager at I-CAP from January 2010 to December 2018, David founded a technical training organization and managed its creation and subsequent certifications. David holds a degree in Sociology from Universidad de las artes y ciencias sociales ARCIS, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
