Rashmi Ramachandra is a seasoned professional with a strong background in programming and application development. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst at BCLC since April 2021, Rashmi has demonstrated expertise in collaborating with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement systems, including the Service Operations Workspace. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Consultant at Ross Video, where Rashmi analyzed industry technologies and recommended improvements, as well as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture, where Rashmi developed complex business solutions and customized various ServiceNow modules. Rashmi holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from BNM Institute Of Technology.
