Brad Bergen is a seasoned professional in data and analytics engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Data & Analytics Engineering at BCI since May 2023. In this role, Brad provides leadership to a cross-functional team focused on building data platforms, pipelines, curated datasets, and analytics solutions while ensuring compliance with audit, security, and privacy standards. Previously, Brad held the position of Manager of Data Strategy and Delivery at WorkSafeBC from November 2022 to May 2023, as well as the role of Senior Data Engineer at the same organization. Brad holds a Diploma in Management Information Systems from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
