Britt Skinner

Britt Skinner has extensive experience in the legal and advocacy sectors, having served in multiple roles at the BC General Employees' Union (BCGEU) since September 2009, including Director, Advocacy Coordinator, and Lawyer. Prior to this, Britt worked as an Articled Student at BCGEU from 2008 to 2009 and as a Summer Law Student at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP in 2007. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Victoria, and ongoing studies in the Trade Union Program at Harvard Law School and the Certificate in Essential Management Skills at UBC Sauder School of Business. Additionally, Britt served as Coordinator for the Centre for Feminist Legal Studies during law school.
