Steven Thogmartin is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), with a career spanning from September 1998 to the present, specializing in CEO advisory, financial institutions, and retail banking both globally and in North America. Steven has played a key role in developing innovative client solutions and go-to-market strategies while collaborating with regional and sector leaders to establish new teaming models. Additionally, Steven serves as a Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee on the Board of Trustees for the New York Hall of Science, focusing on promoting STEM careers and accessibility in science. Steven’s earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Deloitte & Touche. Steven's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
