Meg Switala has over a decade of experience in organizational development and effectiveness, currently serving as the Director of Healthy Cultures at TiER1 Performance since September 2011. Under Meg's leadership, TiER1 embraces a human-centric philosophy, focusing on enhancing organizations through the performance of their people. Prior to TiER1, Meg held various roles at The Berry Company, including Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics and Senior Consultant within organizational effectiveness. Meg's educational background includes a degree from the University of Dayton.
