Ricky Philatre has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ricky started their career in 2010 as a Mutual Fund Accountant at JP Morgan Chase. In 2011, they worked as a Wealth Management Assistant at BNY Mellon and later as a Client Account Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman.
In 2012, Ricky joined Elsevier as a Financial Analyst and then transitioned into the role of Business Controller in 2014. Ricky worked there until early 2015.
From 2015 to 2019, Ricky worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), initially as a Senior Financial Analyst in North America FP&A. Ricky then progressed to become the Lead Financial Analyst and eventually the Finance Lead for New Business Models.
In 2019, Ricky moved to BCG BrightHouse, where they held multiple roles in the finance and operations department. Ricky started as a Global Finance Manager and later moved up to become a Global Finance Senior Manager. In 2022, they became the Global Finance Director and eventually the Global Finance and Operations Senior Director from 2023.
Throughout their career, Ricky has gained expertise in finance, operations, and management, demonstrating their ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Ricky Philatre attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business and Management. Ricky then pursued further education and completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 2015 to 2018.
