Cally Bybee has a diverse work experience in creative direction and copywriting. Cally is currently working as the Group Creative Director at BrightHouse, a BCG Company since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Creative Director at the same company from September 2018 to December 2020.
Before joining BrightHouse, Cally worked at Fluke llc from 2006 to 2018, where they served as the Owner and Creative Director. Cally handled multiple accounts for various agencies and clients in the greater Atlanta area, specializing in luxury, women's marketing, home improvement, finance, and travel.
From 2004 to 2005, they were the SVP Creative Director at Cole Henderson Drake, a boutique agency in Atlanta. Cally was responsible for copywriting, creative direction, and strategic development for accounts such as Mauna Lana Resort & Bungalows, World Golf Village, Halekulani Hotels, Delta Apparel, Wendy's, Georgia Tech, and East Shore Development.
Prior to that, Cally worked as the Creative Group Head/Copywriter at The Richards Group from 1997 to 2004. At Ogilvy & Mather, NY, they served as a Copywriter from 1995 to 1997, working on IBM worldwide accounts, including campaigns for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and Kasparov vs. Deep Blue.
Cally Bybee attended Dartmouth College from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Portfolio Center from 1994 to 1996 and completed a graduate degree in Advertising Copywriting.
