Mihir Sheth began their work experience in 2001 as a Software Developer at USC School of Medicine. In 2003, they joined Employment Research Institute (ERI) as the Chief Technology Officer. In the same year, they also took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at BCG Attorney Search. Throughout their time at BCG Attorney Search, Mihir held various positions including Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer.
Mihir Sheth obtained their education in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. Mihir began their educational journey at Vivekanand Education Society Polytechnic, where they completed a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree at K J Somaiya College of Engineering, University of Mumbai, from 1997 to 2000. Finally, they furthered their studies by completing a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California between 2000 and 2002.
