Rebecca DeJesus, PHR, currently serves as an Organizational Development Specialist and Senior Human Resources Generalist at BCC Engineering, LLC since June 2022. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Stetson University, Rebecca has a solid educational foundation to support a diverse HR career.
