Joel Richardson has extensive experience in finance and collections management, currently serving as Collections Manager at BCA Financial Services, Inc. since June 2018. Prior roles include Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager at IFG Companies from April 2013 to August 2017, and Operations Analyst and Dialer Manager at AMCOL Systems, Inc. where evaluations and performance assessments were a focus.
