Daniel van den Berg is a legal professional with significant experience as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BC Assessment since February 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Norton Rose Fulbright as an Associate and Articled Student from July 2018 to February 2022, and completed an Articled Student role at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP following a Summer Articled Student position at the same firm. In addition to legal training, Daniel gained editorial experience at The Centre for Constitutional Studies. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor’s degree from Vancouver Island University, and a recent certification from the Business Leadership Program for In-House Counsel at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
