Víctor La Rosa, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Víctor is currently serving as the Principal Manager of Security Operations at BBVA en Perú. Prior to this, they worked as the Information Security Manager at Banco Falabella Perú from 2019 to 2021. Víctor also held various roles at Equifax, including Business Information Security Officer for Mexico & Central America, and Information Security Officer for Perú & Ecuador. Before that, they worked as an Information Security Coordinator at PwC Perú and as a Trainer in ISO/IEC 27001:2013 at AENOR. Additionally, Víctor has experience working as a professor at Grupo UTP and held positions at Interbank as a Supervisor of Information Security Operations and as an Information Security Analyst.

Víctor La Rosa, MBA has a diverse education history. Víctor obtained a Masters in Strategic Business Administration from CENTRUM PUCP between 2015 and 2018.
