Erick Vicente is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology operations within the banking sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Channels Operations & Monitoring - Infrastructure & IT OP at BBVA Continental since March 2008. Responsibilities include managing the technological operations of ATMs and agents, overseeing network expansion, and leading IT project teams related to electronic channels. Prior roles at BBVA included Jefe de Gestión Fabrica de Software, where Erick implemented a Software Factory model, and Especialista de Diseño y Desarrollo focused on Internet banking projects.
