Chris Nicol is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in developing collaborative solutions and hardware for educational technology. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has played a vital role in the creation of DViT interactive whiteboards and accessories. Previously, Chris worked as a firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, focusing on firmware and diagnostic tools. Additional experience includes serving as an electronics contractor for Science Alberta Foundation, an electronics engineer at Grindcom, and a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
