Stephen J. Whelan is a Partner and Principal at Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC. With previous experience as an Attorney at Veritas Law and Silis & Associates, PLLC, Stephen J. has a background in business law, criminal defense, and family law.
