Jonathan Pelan is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at BBJ La Tavola since June 2018, Jonathan has successfully led initiatives that resulted in a 90% reduction in turnover and the optimization of the hiring process. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at SDI Presence, where Jonathan implemented strategic recruitment processes and managed high-volume hiring, and Senior Recruiting Consultant at The Novo Group, specializing in diverse talent acquisition. Jonathan holds a Master¡¯s degree in Human Resources and two Bachelor¡¯s degrees in Political Science and Philosophy & Religion from the University of Charleston.
