David Frommell is a Partner at Beltzer Bangert & Gunnell LLP since April 2019. Prior to this role, Frommell served as an Attorney and Co-Chair of the Construction Practice Group at Sherman & Howard from April 2011 to April 2019, and as Legal Counsel at MWH Global from November 2009 to March 2011. Frommell's legal experience includes internships at the United States District Court - Colorado, the Colorado Attorney General's Office, and the Colorado Water Congress. Earlier in their career, Frommell held engineering positions at MWH and Northern Environmental and served as a Water and Sanitation Technician with the United States Peace Corps. Frommell holds a J.D. from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, an MS in Environmental Engineering, and a BS in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
