Wayne McManus is a Senior Software Engineer at BBC since April 2020, focusing on Content Production Workflows. Previously, Wayne served as a Senior Software Engineer for BBC News from August 2012 to March 2020, enhancing user engagement on the responsive news website and contributing to the Data Presentation team. From July 2013 to December 2016, Wayne was a Senior Web Developer for Broadcast Football, where responsibilities included developing a football app. Earlier in Wayne's career at BBC from July 2002 to August 2012, roles included Senior Web Developer for the BBC Olympic Torch Relay and BBC Games Grid, contributing significantly to live streaming and game features.
