Caroline Salvi has an extensive background in project and delivery management, currently serving as the Lead Delivery Manager for the BBC's Product Group Channels and Product Excellence product area since June 2013. In this role, Caroline oversees a team of delivery managers and collaborates across multiple disciplines to ensure successful product delivery and maintenance. Prior to joining the BBC, Caroline held positions as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Liverpool Football Club from January 2011 to June 2013, and led a multi-disciplined team as the E-Commerce Team Leader at Stella Travel Services from March 2008 to January 2011, focusing on the development of e-commerce websites. Caroline holds a BA (Hons) in Media & Performance from The University of Salford, which was completed in 2007.
