Andi Turner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer from September 1996 to July 2000. They then joined Banana Split Productions, initially as a Runner/Junior Editor from July 2000 to February 2001, later progressing to the role of Editor from February 2001 to January 2003. From January 2003 to August 2021, Andi held the position of Senior Editor at Banana Split Productions, eventually becoming the Head of Post Production/Senior Editor from January 2006 until their departure in August 2021. Currently, Andi is working as the Head of Post Production/Senior Editor at BBC Maestro starting from September 2021.

Andi Turner attended Nower Hill High School from 1992 to 1996. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, Andi studied at West Herts College, completing an Advanced GNVQ in Communication and Media Studies. Andi later returned to West Herts College from 1998 to 2000 to pursue a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Media Production Management. No degree or field of study was specified for the education at Nower Hill High School.
